The Tuscan-style T-bone steak is a popular dish that you have to try! Thursday nights seem to be the night of preference for all the celebrities.

Angelini Osteria

7313 Beverly Blvd. 323-297-0070 This might possibly be the best Italian food in L.A.! It’s like having dinner at your Italian mother’s house. The wine list is exceptionally well priced and you can also order most by the glass or carafe.

Asia de Cuba

In the Mondrian Hotel 323-650-8999 Latin Asian fusion cuisine. This is the epitome of LA cuisine. This West Hollywood restaurant’s mojitos and tropical drinks will sweep you to the beaches of Havana. You must try the Cuban Spicy Chicken with Coconut Rice, and Macadamia Nut encrusted Halibut. Leave room for dessert and ask for an outdoor table by the arbor or along the windows by the pool for a breathtaking view of the city.

An homage to the Spanish influence on Mexico, this Los Angeles restaurant is renowned for its authentic cuisine, spanning the entire country’s range of dishes and creating a masterpiece all for taste buds of its patrons. This restaurant is not to be missed when in LA. Should you not have time to dine, simply pop in for a lesson or two in Tequila drinking!

The Belmont

Il Sole

8741 Sunset Blvd. 310-657-1182 Boutique Italian restaurant with an intimate and homely feel yet a favorite on the Strip. Its menu includes a long list of regional Italian wines. Only wine and beer is served at this boutique Sunset Boulevard restaurant. A nice spot for dinner!

Cabo Cantina

8310 Sunset Blvd., 323-822-7820. Possibly the birthplace of Happy Hour, this cantina is one of the most affordable places to grab a quick bite to eat and drink it all down! Not too be missed for those who like fun and a crowd!

Caffe Primo 

8590 Sunset Blvd, 310-289-8895. Homespun gelato, salads, wraps, smoothies & more. A popular spot for those with a light appetite and little time on their hands. Although a side-walk café, it lives up to the sleek and chic neighboring restaurants over on the Sunset Plaza!

Chin Chin Café

8615 Sunset Blvd, 310-652-1818. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to people-watch on the plaza at this casual Cali-Chinese spot. Neither your eyes nor taste buds will grow tiresome of all the yummy delights found at this Sunset Blvd. restaurant.

Dukes

8909 Sunset Blvd, 310-652-3100. Possibly the oldest of restaurants on the strip that remains, Dukes is super snazzy and fun! Serving the appetites of the community, breakfast and lunch for years, this place is open late for those with after-hours munchies!

Hugo’s

8401 Santa Monica Blvd, 323-654-3993. This is for the healthy-minded only! For the meat eaters or the vegan, Hugo’s offers a range of delights, most from local farmers. From quinoa to their very green casserole…Yummy! Oh! Organic wines, too!

Griddle Café

7616 Sunset Blvd, 323-874-0377. One of L.A.’s most popular breakfast cafes. The creatively named dishes make ordering fun, and the art of eating is well-received! Want breakfast? Go there!

El Compadre

7408 Sunset Blvd, 323-472-4708. Home to flaming margaritas and the LA dietary staple - Mexican cuisine. A classic in the hood: a staple in both cuisine and amongst the favorites list. A short walk from the hotel, this restaurant is not to be missed, especially if you’re shopping for musical equipment in this LA neighborhood.

Dolce Enoteca e Ristorante

8284 Melrose Ave. (Sweetzer) 323-852-7174 Ashton Kutcher’s restaurant is an excellent modern Italian dining experience.  The fiery ambiance along with the DJ spinning acid jazz create the perfect scene for some scrumptious Risotto with Gorgonzola and radicchio, lobster fusilli, or chicory-enhanced veal. 

Falcon

Geisha House

6633 Hollywood Blvd. 323-460-6300 A very trendy Japanese restaurant with cool modern décor, super-high ceilings and an eloquent menu. The theme is the Geisha…the folks are Hollywood.

Katana

8439 W. Sunset Blvd, 323-650-8585. Katana offers the best out-door patio dining in this town or any other. The Sunset Boulevard restaurant specializes in Robata-style cuisine; meats, poultry, fish and vegetables are grilled over a traditional Japanese open flame charcoal grill. “Don’t forget the sushi.”

Spago

176 North Canon Dr. 310-385-0880 Spago is the crown jewel of the Puck universe. This Beverly Hills Celebrity hangout offers all that you can expect in imaginative California cuisine and of course - World famous Pizza. If you’re lucky, you may find Chef Wolfgang Puck back in the open kitchen creating a dish or two.  

The Ivy

113 N. Robertson Blvd.  310-274-8303 This is the place to be seen for a weekend brunch. This cozy French farmhouse has a great all-American never changing menu. Ask for storefront patio seating. Order the Crab Cakes and Grilled Vegetable Salad.
